I loved staying here because we were just a short drive from amazing places like the Houston Museum of Natural Science and the beautiful Hermann Park, making our city walks a joy. plus, the staff were super accommodating, even switching my room effortlessly when I needed it.

During my stay, I found the staff to be exceptionally accommodating – they quickly switched my room upon request, and I really appreciated the cozy kitchen setup for preparing snacks. The proximity to medical appointments made my visit much easier, and the hourly shuttle service was a lifesaver! However, the cleanliness of the common areas could use some improvement.

Dined at nearby Gyro Hut – man, those tzatziki sauces are to die for! Also, the room had a solid little kitchenette, perfect for late-night snacks after exploring Houston's eats. Plus, the hourly shuttle makes it a cinch to hit up local spots like Le Donut for breakfast!

The surprise $100 fee stung, especially for a friend with a baby after that storm.

Staff were friendly enough, I'll give them that. and the shuttle service to the hospital was reliable and on time.

But I'll tell you, it wasn’t exactly a bargain either!

We had a pleasant stay while exploring Houston, making sure to check out an event at NRG Stadium. The spacious room was perfect for our family, including our pet, and the staff was extremely attentive to our needs, especially with extra towels.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if they offered complimentary breakfast for families, as it would add an extra convenience for guests staying multiple nights.

i had a great stay at mainstay suites. the superior queen suite was cozy and spacious, complete with a kitchen. i loved the hourly shuttle service, which made getting around super easy. they even switched my room to one with a balcony upon request. the proximity to my medical appointment was a huge plus!

Just wrapped up a night here, and I was really impressed. The King Suite was super spacious and spotless. The kitchenette came in handy. The staff were super friendly and helpful too. I didn’t grab breakfast, but the snack bar had some fun options. Only thing was the breakfast choices seemed a bit lacking.
